I have two questions: 1) What exactly is the difference between the premium and standard colour hardback editions? 2) The coupon doesn't include the free pdf. Is this what you intend, or an oversight?

1) The Premium version has glossy pages and color over the standard color.
2) Yes the lack of PDF is an oversight. Basically I have to go through each customers and offer them a free PDF coupon.
I am working on Scourge 2nd edition as we speak.
